Complaints Policy
We strive for perfection in every project. However, if you feel our service has fallen short of industrial standards, we encourage you to file a formal complaint. Our policy is to acknowledge all complaints within 72 hours and provide a resolution plan within 7 working days.
Complaints Procedure
To register a complaint, please email info@goliathroofing.co.uk with your project reference number and a clear description of the issue. A master roofer or senior manager will conduct a site visit if necessary to inspect the work and rectify any verified craftsmanship lapses at no additional cost to the client.
Terms & Conditions
By engaging Goliath Roofing, you agree to our standard service agreements. All quotes are valid for 30 days. Payments are structured as a commencement deposit followed by stage payments for larger projects. Goliath Roofing maintains full public liability insurance and adheres to all UK building regulations. Access to water and electricity during standard business hours must be provided by the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
